By the end of September 2025, a key development emerges in Africa's daily-use ceramic industry—Perfina Group's Tanzania daily-use ceramic factory is progressing efficiently. Except for ball mills, the entire set of intelligent production equipment has been imported and commissioned. Covering 96 mu (about 64,000 square meters), the factory is in the final stage of preparation and is expected to ignite in October. This layout will form a "dual-base synergy" with Perfina's Shiwan ceramic base in Liling, China, strengthening global supply chain capabilities and providing global customers with full-category OEM/ODM customization services for ceramic mugs, bowls, plates, complete dinnerware sets, coffee cups, and tea sets, while injecting new vitality into Africa's ceramic industry.

As a professional manufacturer with over 20 years of experience in daily-use ceramics, Perfina's Liling factory focuses on high-quality stoneware and has established a comprehensive customization service system: for catering chain OEM, it can customize logo-printed mugs and non-slip bowls, with the shatter-resistant feature of stoneware reducing operational losses; for home ODM, it can develop plates and dinnerware with unique glazes, integrating modern aesthetics; in the coffee utensil segment, it launches heat-resistant coffee cups vitrified at 1380℃, passing lead-free and non-toxic tests and complying with global food safety standards such as FDA and LFGB; for tea enterprises, it designs elegant full-category tea sets to meet diverse tea-drinking scenarios.

The Tanzania factory is a key initiative for Perfina to expand into African, European, and Middle Eastern markets and an important practice to promote the localization of daily-use ceramics in Africa. The new factory's production line has the dual advantages of "standardization + flexibility": on the one hand, it can mass-produce standardized products such as ceramic mugs, bowls, and plates, matching the needs of Africa's local mass market, reducing import dependence and lowering procurement costs; on the other hand, it reserves flexible modules to quickly respond to small-batch ODM customization—such as developing glazes for African catering chains that adapt to local culture, or customizing limited-edition tea sets for European gift merchants. Meanwhile, adjacent to the Port of Dar es Salaam, the factory can shorten delivery cycles to East African and Southern European markets by more than 30% after commissioning. The density of stoneware reduces transportation breakage rates by 50% and optimizes logistics costs, providing global customers with dual guarantees of "local production + global quality", especially suitable for the efficient supply of fragile items such as ceramic mugs and dinnerware.

As the global market's demand for personalized, environmentally friendly, and durable products grows, Perfina's dual bases will form differentiated synergy: the Liling factory focuses on mid-to-high-end stoneware ODM deep customization; the Tanzania factory focuses on mass production of daily-use ceramic bowls, plates, and dinnerware for large-scale OEM, reducing costs through scale. Notably, the Tanzania factory will create over 200 local jobs after commissioning, promote the local inheritance of production technology through technical training, and help Africa's ceramic industry transition from "import dependence" to "local manufacturing", achieving a win-win situation in economic and social benefits.

In the future, Perfina will continue to upgrade its OEM/ODM services through technological innovation, deepen cooperation with local building material suppliers in Africa, and achieve a virtuous cycle of "local sourcing + production + sales" to provide cost-effective solutions for the African market. Through the synergy of Liling and Tanzania bases, Perfina will consolidate the stability of the global supply chain, empower Africa's ceramic industry through localized cooperation, provide more competitive products and services to global customers, and help partners seize opportunities in the daily-use ceramic niche market.
