To enrich the display of daily-use ceramics (including ceramic bowls, ceramic sets, mugs, and plates) in the exhibition hall and provide customers with a more intuitive purchasing experience, the Perfina team recently made a special trip to its own ceramic factory (Liling Ceramic Factory Base) to select samples. As one of Perfina's two own factories, the Liling Base focuses on the R&D and production of high-quality daily-use ceramics. This on-site selection not only enables precise control over sample quality but also intuitively demonstrates the advantages of "independent production and independent quality control". The team also took photos of factory scenes and details of high-quality daily-use ceramics produced by the own factory, reserving materials for exhibition hall layout and brand promotion.
Upon arriving at the Liling Factory, the company's own freight trucks loaded with daily-use ceramics in the factory area were particularly eye-catching. Inside the trucks, ceramic bowls, mugs, ceramic plates, and complete daily-use ceramic sets all adopted double-layer packaging: "blue food-grade turnover boxes + five-layer moisture-proof brown cartons". The inner layer used customized card slots to prevent collision damage, while the outer layer was printed with the logo of "Perfina Own Factory Special Packaging", ensuring the integrity of products during transportation from the source. These candidate samples have undergone full-process quality control: high-quality local kaolin is carefully selected, ceramic bowls and mugs are precisely shaped by numerical control equipment, followed by 1300℃ high-temperature firing and lead-free glazing, ensuring that the high-quality daily-use ceramics produced by the factory meet standards in texture, safety, and craftsmanship.
Stepping into the production workshop, the sections for "raw material pretreatment - forming - firing - glazing - quality inspection" are clearly divided, and ceramic bowls, mugs, and other products are neatly arranged by specification. Technical workers perform their respective duties: in the raw material area, kaolin is ground to ensure fineness; in the forming area, the wall thickness of mugs is controlled (with an error ≤ 0.2mm); in the firing area, kiln temperature is monitored to ensure the density of ceramic bowls; in the quality inspection area, strong light is used to check the glaze surface of ceramic plates to eliminate defects. Full-process independent production guarantees the quality of the samples.
In the Exclusive Sample Area, the team conducted a meticulous selection: checking the roundness of ceramic bowl rims, uating the grip comfort of mugs, and assessing the design harmony of ceramic sets. A "fresh Morandi-colored" ceramic set stood out for its suitability for daily use, while patterned ceramic plates and solid-color ceramic bowls catered to popular aesthetics. The team labeled the preferred samples and took photos of product details and workshop scenes, focusing on the theme of high-quality daily-use ceramics produced by its own factories.
After this selection, the team brought back over 100 samples, and the exhibition hall display will be completed within 15 working days. By then, customers will be able to view the physical products and factory videos, and recognize the brand's advantages. In the future, relying on its two owned factories in Liling and Tanzania, Perfina will upgrade the quality and variety of daily-use ceramics, and strengthen its positioning as an "owned-factory-type daily-use ceramic brand".
