Perfina Conducts In-Depth Market Research in Pakistan to Optimize Sanitary Ware Product Strategy

On September 7, 2025, Shoy, the Brand Business Director of Perfina, arrived in Pakistan to join Stephen, the Local Director, and the sales team for a comprehensive market research tour across key sanitary ware markets and partner stores. The visit aimed to gather first-hand insights into local demand, competitive landscape, and consumer preferences, thereby informing Perfina’s strategic planning for the sanitary ware sector in Pakistan.

 

This marked the first time Perfina’s brand leadership conducted field research in Pakistan. Earlier, between June and July, the brand had completed the renovation and product display setups for six partner stores, laying a solid foundation for local market presence. However, heavy rains throughout August affected market activities, making this visit especially timely for understanding current conditions and refining product and channel strategies.




The team visited sanitary ware markets in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, engaging extensively with distributors, retailers, and end-users. One store manager shared feedback: “Perfina’s sanitary ware products are of excellent quality and modern design. Compared to other brands with similar quality, Perfina offers more competitive pricing. However, as a new entrant to the market, some consumers remain cautious about after-sales support. For major sanitary items such as toilets and washbasins, they tend to prefer established brands even at higher prices. That said, for accessories like towel racks and faucets, Perfina’s advantages are clear—minimalist design, reliable quality, and attractive pricing. With time, we believe Perfina will gain wider recognition and popularity among local consumers.”



In response, Shoy emphasized that Perfina values user feedback highly and will continue investing in after-sales service improvements. The brand will also enhance targeted marketing efforts to boost local awareness. Stephen added that the team would use insights from this research to optimize product mixes and pricing strategies, better serving the diverse needs of the Pakistani market.
